Flight, in essence, is a nightmare. Here are some travel hacks to make it less awesome.
1. Exercise before going to the airport :
This is not always possible, but if you can do a good workout before leaving for the airport. It enhances your endorphin (makes you less resentful), increases your immune system (so you do not get sick), and it becomes easier for you to sleep once.
2. There is less unrest in morning flights :
If you have motion sickness, then it is better to travel in the morning. As soon as the earth is warm throughout the day, hot air rises, causing storms and winds to run. While the storm can occur at any time, they are more likely to be in the afternoon. If you fly fast, you will reduce the chances of getting a bumpy flight.
